- Simple Dessert Buffet - $3.50 per person
Your choice of up to three pre-plated dessert items to be served on a buffet. If plated service is preferred, only one choice is available. Plated service is limited to events of 200 guests or less. Prices are based on a 100 guest minimum. For smaller events, please consult a coordinator.
- Cheesecake - Thick New York style cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory with a buttery graham cracker crust and your choice of a topping: Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Cherry, Blueberry, Chocolate or Caramel. Also included is your choice of drink, ice water and a white chocolate wedding mint.
- Brownie a la Mode - A freshly baked brownie loaded with chocolate chips, topped with a scoop of Leatherby's vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Also included is your choice of drink, ice water and a white chocolate wedding mint.
- Fruit Pie a la Mode - Your choice of delicious fruit pie topped with a scoop of Leatherby's vanilla ice cream. Flavors: Apple, Cherry, Blueberry, or Razzleberry. Also included is your choice of drink, ice water and a white chocolate wedding mint.
- Chocolate Mousse Pie - Lush layers of whipped cream and rich chocolate mousse lay inside a chocolate cookie crumb crust, topped with chocolate shavings. Also included is your choice of drink, ice water and a white chocolate wedding mint.
- Chocolate Éclair - A large puff pastry filled with vanilla custard, covered in chocolate fudge and topped with an icing rosebud in your choice of color. Also included is your choice of drink, ice water and a white chocolate wedding mint.
- Strawberry Shortcake (seasonal) - A fluffy slice of angel food cake topped with fresh strawberry sauce and a dollop of whipped cream. Also included is your choice of drink, ice water and a white chocolate wedding mint.

Pie Buffet - 4.25 per guest
A tasty buffet for any time of year, but perfect for events during the holidays! Your
choice of up to six varieties of fresh-made pies: Apple, Dutch Apple, Cherry,
Blueberry, Razzleberry, Peach, Pumpkin (seasonal), Chocolate Cream, Banana
Cream, Coconut Cream, and Lemon Meringue.
Ice Cream Sundae Bar - 4.15 per guest
Your guests are sure to love this buffet courtesy
of Leatherby's Family Creamery! Your choice of six ice cream flavors, served in
a waffle bowl with sundae toppings. Flavors include, but are not limited to:

Chocolate Fountain - 5.75 per guest
Nothing is more tempting than a grand flowing tower of Belgian chocolate! Our chocolate
fountain is fully managed by a professional chocolate technician to ensure
cleanliness. Your choice of 3 fruit and 3 dry dippers and milk, dark or white
chocolate. Dipping items include, but are not limited to: Strawberries, Bananas,
Pineapple, Apples, Kiwi, Marshmallows, Pretzels, Biscotti, Brownies, Rice
Krispie Treats, and Cream Puffs

buffets for only $5.25 per person

Simple yet completely satisfying, this buffet is
perfect if you want to offer your guests a light meal. Includes croissant
sandwiches (Turkey & Provolone, Ham & Cheddar, and Roast Beef &
Swiss), a Vegetable Tray with Dip, your choice of salad (Pasta, Garden, Caesar,
or Spinach with Craisins & Almonds) and Mini Éclairs

Soup and Salad bar - 5.50 per guest
A warm and cozy buffet of two hot soups of your
choice, mixed greens with an assortment of toppings and dressings and dinner

Clam Chowder, Creamy Potato Bacon and Chili
*Substitute dinner rolls for Petite Turkey Croissant
Sandwiches for an additional $1.00 per person.
Baked Potato bar - 5.15 per guest
Fun and unique, this buffet includes piping hot extra large potatoes, butter, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, diced ham, shredded bacon, sliced green onion, broccoli cheese sauce, and dinner rolls.
*Additional Option: Chili $0.75 per person
