- Simple Dessert Buffet - $3.50 per person
Your choice of up to three pre-plated dessert items to be served on a buffet. If plated service is preferred, only one choice is available. Plated service is limited to events of 200 guests or less.
- Cheesecake - Thick New York style cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory with a buttery graham cracker crust and your choice of a topping: Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Cherry, Blueberry, Chocolate or Caramel. Also included is your choice of drink and ice water.
- Brownie a la Mode - A freshly baked brownie loaded with chocolate chips, topped with a scoop of Leatherby's vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Also included is your choice of drink and ice water.
- Fruit Pie a la Mode - Your choice of delicious fruit pie topped with a scoop of Leatherby's vanilla ice cream. Flavors: Apple, Cherry, Blueberry, or Razzleberry. Also included is your choice of drink and ice water.
- Chocolate Mousse Pie - Lush layers of whipped cream and rich chocolate mousse lay inside a chocolate cookie crumb crust, topped with chocolate shavings. Also included is your choice of drink and ice water.
- Chocolate Éclair - A large puff pastry filled with vanilla custard, covered in chocolate fudge and topped with an icing rosebud in your choice of color. Also included is your choice of drink and ice water.
- Strawberry Shortcake (seasonal) - A fluffy slice of angel food cake topped with fresh strawberry sauce and a dollop of whipped cream. Also included is your choice of drink and ice water.
- Pumpkin Pie (seasonal) - A rich slice of pumpkin pie topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Also included is your choice of drink and ice water.
Full Dessert Buffets
Ice water and your choice of Sparkling Tropical Punch or Lemonade is included. Prices are based on a 100 guest minimum. For smaller events, please consult a coordinator.
Grande Dessert Buffet - 4.75 per guest
A decadent display of sweet treats for all your guests, including: Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Mousse Pie, Brownies, Lemon Bars, Mini Éclairs, Mini Cream Puffs, Mini Fruit Tarts and Cookies. *Additional Option: Fruit Tray with dip $0.75
Ice Cream Sundae Bar - starting at 4.15** per guest
Your guests are sure to love this buffet courtesy of Leatherby's Family Creamery! Your choice of six ice cream flavors, served in a waffle bowl with sundae toppings. Flavors include, but are not limited to: Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Rocky Road, Butter Pecan, Almond Joy, Chocolate Mint, and Cookies 'n Cream Toppings: Chocolate, Caramel & Strawberry Sauce, Chopped Almonds, Whip Cream and Maraschino Cherries
*Add candy toppings to your buffet for an additional $1.00 per person. Your choice of three – Crushed Oreo, Chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Chopped Snickers, Crumbled Butterfinger, Crumbled Heath Bar, M&M's, and Gummy Bears
**Ice Cream Sundae Bar price is for 300 guests or more. If fewer than 300 guests are expected, please inquire with a coordinator for pricing. Leatherby's has a minimum of 200 guests.
Chocolate Fountain - 5.75 per guest
Nothing is more tempting than a grand flowing tower of Belgian chocolate! Our chocolate
fountain is fully managed by a professional chocolate technician to ensure
cleanliness. Your choice of 3 fruit and 3 dry dippers and milk, dark or white
chocolate. Dipping items include, but are not limited to: Strawberries, Bananas,
Pineapple, Apples, Kiwi, Marshmallows, Pretzels, Biscotti, Brownies, Rice
Krispie Treats, and Cream Puffs
*Add a chocolate fountain to any of our other
buffets for only $5.25 per person

Light Dinner Buffet - 7.25 per guest
Simple yet completely satisfying, this buffet is perfect if you want to offer your guests a light meal. Includes croissant sandwiches (Turkey & Provolone, Ham & Cheddar, and Roast Beef & Swiss or chicken salad), a Vegetable Tray with Dip, your choice of salad (Pasta, Garden, Caesar, or Spinach with Craisins & Almonds) and Mini Éclairs
*Additional Options: Fruit Tray $1.25 per person (seasonal)
2nd Salad Choice $1.00-1.25 per person
Soup and Salad bar - 6.50 per guest
A warm and cozy buffet of two hot soups of your choice, mixed greens with an assortment of toppings and dressings and dinner rolls. Soups: Classic Chicken Noodle, Chicken Tortilla, Minestrone, New England Clam Chowder or Creamy Potato Bacon
*Substitute Petite Turkey Croissant Sandwiches for the dinner rolls for an additional $1.00 per person.
Lasagna Dinner - 9.50 per guest
A hearty serving of layered noodles, meat sauce and hot melted cheese are accompanied by Caesar Salad and warm Garlic Breadsticks for a more simplified verson of our Italian Dinner.
